§ 26 GKV – Authorisation
Since 31 December 2025, demolition or asbestos remediation works may only be carried out by authorised employers listed by the labour inspectorate. We meet the requirements of § 26 Grenzwerteverordnung.

Company qualifications
Demolition and asbestos remediation in Austria are subject to strict legal requirements. We work to the current state of the art and of the law. German certificates of the NA-Unternehmen group complement our Austrian qualifications.
Notification & work plan
Asbestos works are notified under § 22 GKV. For demolition and removal of asbestos-containing materials we prepare a written work plan and attach it to the health and safety document.

Limit values & occupational safety
The limit value for asbestos fibres is 10,000 fibres/m³ (GKV). We apply state-of-the-art measures to keep exposure as low as possible (§ 22a GKV, § 43 ASchG), including PPE, instruction and clearance measurement where required.
