In the following we inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website.

II. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THEIR USE

We only process the personal data of our users as far as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. b) When using our contact form

You can send us inquiries using the contact form on our website and contact us. It is necessary to enter an e-mail address and your name there so that we can assign the request and respond to you. Further information is voluntary. The data processing takes place according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 a) GDPR after your consent.

III. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties for the purposes listed below and only if you have expressly given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para 1 p. 1 c) GDPR exists.

1.Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that are automatically saved on your device by your browser when you visit our website. Information is stored in these files with which your specifically used device can be identified. We use cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages on our website. These are automatically deleted after leaving our website. 3. Social media plugins

We use plugins from the social network Facebook on our website to increase the awareness of our website. The legal basis for this is the legitimate interest in increasing our awareness according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR. We integrate these plugins using the so-called two-click method. This means that information is only sent to the operators of the respective network when you click on the respective button.

With a click on the button, data is transmitted to the operator of the social network, even if you do not have an account there, in particular your IP address, date and time of the visit and the website visited. If you have set up an account with the respective operator and you are logged in with the respective operator, the operator can assign a visit to our website directly.

The respective operator can use this information to advertise, market research and design his website. The operator also creates profiles about your usage behavior and your relationships with other users. VII. RIGHTS AFFECTED

You have the right:

- According to Art. 15 GDPR, we provide information about the personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, the categories of personal data that are processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular for recipients in third countries or international organizations, if possible the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this duration, the existence of a right to correction or deletion of you personal data or to the restriction of processing by us or a right to object to this processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, all available information about the origin of the data, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and to request meaningful information about the logic involved as well as the scope and intended effects of such processing for you,
